Get started in three steps
Keep Codex and Codex Themes up to date for the most reliable theme experience.

Download your installer
Choose the matching DMG for Apple silicon or Intel Mac, or the EXE for Windows x64.

Install the desktop app
On Mac, drag the app into Applications. On Windows, run the installer and follow the prompts.

Open Codex and apply a theme
Choose a theme and apply it. If something looks wrong, update both apps and apply again.
Codex Themes runs locally, never reads your API key, and leaves the Codex installation untouched.
